Terms of Service

Gope is fleet operations software for trucking companies: driver pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintenance tickets and costs, compliance and document tracking, and a mobile app for drivers. Some features use AI to help review inspection photos.

The person who creates the company account is its owner and is responsible for the people they add. Keep sign-in details private, give us accurate information, and tell us if you think an account has been misused. You are responsible for activity under your company's accounts.

You own the information you put into the service, including driver, vehicle, inspection, maintenance and document records. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you. You are responsible for having the right to enter it, including information about your drivers.

Gope is a tool. You remain responsible for meeting your own legal and regulatory obligations, including record-keeping and inspection requirements.

AI suggestions about inspection photos are an aid, not a decision. They can be wrong or miss things. They do not replace a qualified person's inspection or your judgment about whether a vehicle is safe to operate. The service keeps working if AI is unavailable.

Don't misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempts to access another company's data, no interfering with the service or its security, and no uploading malicious files.

Paid plans are billed through our payment provider as shown when you sign up or in your agreement with us. Trials end on the date shown. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for unless we agree otherwise.

We work to keep the service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update or change features over time. If we make a change that materially reduces what you pay for, we will tell you in advance.

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms. After the agreement ends you can ask us for a copy of your data, and we will delete it after a reasonable period unless the law requires us to keep it.

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
